The Brandon Liu Tieh Ching Scholars Programme is administered by The Kong Ai Ju Foundation, a Hong Kong charitable organization recognized under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. Donations of HK$100 or more are eligible for a tax-deductible receipt, which will be issued using the donor information we have on file.
